However, that idea is beginning to change. According to a recent <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong> study, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/highxtar.com\/tag\/generacion-z\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/highxtar.com\/tag\/generacion-z\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Generation Z <\/a><\/strong>is showing a <strong>growing interest in technical and manual trades<\/strong>, viewing them not only as a valid alternative, but also as a more stable and sustainable option for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"h-the-appeal-of-the-tangible\">The appeal of the tangible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Many young people in Generation Z are beginning to see manual labour as a way to a better life. Technical trades, workshops or specialised jobs offer something that is increasingly valued: <strong>good pay, stability and time<\/strong> to enjoy life outside work. Because, at the end of the day, not everyone dreams of spending their days in front of a computer replying to emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an age where everything moves fast and people are glued to their mobiles, many young people are beginning to value more real and practical jobs, where they can see the results of what they do with their own hands.
