O est\u00fadio independente A24<\/strong> d\u00e1 um passo para l\u00e1 do ecr\u00e3 com a abertura do Wild Cherry<\/strong>, o seu primeiro restaurante, situado no interior do hist\u00f3rico Cherry Lane Theatre<\/strong>, no West Village, em Nova Iorque. Um projeto que re\u00fane gastronomia, design e narrativa visual<\/strong> num \u00fanico cen\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde que a A24 adquiriu o ic\u00f3nico teatro Off-Broadway<\/em> em 2023, a expans\u00e3o para al\u00e9m do cinema parecia inevit\u00e1vel. Wild Cherry<\/strong> materializa essa vis\u00e3o: um supper club \u00edntimo e elegante<\/strong>, onde o sabor, a m\u00fasica e a atmosfera de um filme ainda por estrear se cruzam de forma natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uma cozinha com gui\u00e3o pr\u00f3prio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A proposta gastron\u00f3mica est\u00e1 a cargo de Lee Hanson<\/strong> e Riad Nasr<\/strong>, os chefs respons\u00e1veis por Frenchette, Le Rock e Le Veau d\u2019Or. O menu procura o equil\u00edbrio entre o cru e o reconfortante<\/strong>, oferecendo uma experi\u00eancia que flui com naturalidade do in\u00edcio ao fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre as entradas destacam-se as ostras<\/strong>, o t\u00e1rtaro de atum<\/strong> e o caranguejo temperado<\/strong>. Seguem-se pratos como o clube de lagosta<\/strong>, o kebab de tamboril assado<\/strong> ou um hamb\u00farguer<\/strong> executado com precis\u00e3o. O interior, assinado por Zeb Stewart<\/strong>, traduz a est\u00e9tica caracter\u00edstica da A24 \u2014 s\u00f3bria, melanc\u00f3lica e cinematogr\u00e1fica \u2014 para uma linguagem espacial envolvente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sala de jantar, com capacidade para 45 pessoas<\/strong>, combina bancos verdes<\/strong>, paredes caiadas<\/strong> e um teto ripado<\/strong> que suaviza a luz e cria uma atmosfera \u00edntima. Enquanto isso, o pavimento em xadrez<\/strong> e as l\u00e2mpadas de feira<\/strong> evocam os restaurantes cl\u00e1ssicos de Nova Iorque sem cair no literal.
