Viernes 6 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Antes de la fiesta, una de las aperturas del momento para cenar: NIMI<\/strong>, el nuevo japanese bar<\/em> del Grupo Nomo<\/strong> (los que llevan casi 20 a\u00f1os marcando la gastronom\u00eda japonesa de la ciudad), en Pau Claris 107. Street food japon\u00e9s de calidad con los sandos<\/strong> \u2014los s\u00e1ndwiches japoneses\u2014 como protagonistas, en un local peque\u00f1o de cocina abierta y est\u00e9tica sobria con gui\u00f1os a la artesan\u00eda nipona. Japon\u00e9s de primera en versi\u00f3n cotidiana e informal.<\/p>\n\n\n

Y de ah\u00ed, al plato fuerte del viernes: el MIRA Festival<\/strong> arranca en Fira Montju\u00efc<\/strong> con una programaci\u00f3n que fusiona conciertos, espect\u00e1culos audiovisuales e instalaciones inmersivas bajo el concepto ABYSS<\/em>. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de propuestas como Artur M. Puga + Sevi Iko D\u00f8mochevsky<\/strong> o Grand River<\/strong>, el gran reclamo es Arca<\/strong>: la artista venezolana sube las revoluciones a mil con sus mezclas maestras de electr\u00f3nica experimental, IDM, noise y reguet\u00f3n deconstruido. Uno de los directos m\u00e1s esperados del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n

S\u00e1bado 7 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El s\u00e1bado, para coger fuerzas antes del festival, cocina catalana de siempre en el Bar Bauma<\/strong>, uno de los grandes cl\u00e1sicos barceloneses con m\u00e1s de cinco d\u00e9cadas de historia, reformado en 2024 sin renunciar a su esencia. El sitio ideal para compartir platillos y alargar la sobremesa: bu\u00f1uelos de bacalao con romesco negro, croquetas caseras, ensaladilla rusa trufada, fricand\u00f3 con setas o steak tartar. Tradici\u00f3n reinventada con sensibilidad contempor\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y de nuevo al MIRA<\/strong>, con una jornada cargada: AMORE<\/strong> y su directo audiovisual, Nicola Cruz<\/strong> junto a Ferran Belmon, Max Cooper<\/strong> y su universo electr\u00f3nico, m\u00e1s los directos de underscores<\/strong> y Machine Girl<\/strong>, la performance de AEDOSSYNTH y sesiones hasta la madrugada. Quien prefiera club tiene dos opciones de lujo: en Boris Club<\/strong>, REZNIK<\/strong> \u2014uno de los nombres de la escena berlinesa, vinculado a los or\u00edgenes del m\u00edtico colectivo Keinemusik<\/strong> (particip\u00f3 en su nacimiento en 2009 junto a &ME, Rampa y Adam Port)\u2014 con una sesi\u00f3n ecl\u00e9ctica entre House, Indie Disco y Synthwave; y en NACAR Club<\/strong> (Luz de Gas), Agents of Time<\/strong>, el d\u00fao italiano, con una sesi\u00f3n comisariada por Brunch Electronik<\/strong> de electr\u00f3nica mel\u00f3dica y progresiva.<\/p>\n\n\n

Domingo 8 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Para el domingo, el cl\u00e1sico vermut y tapeo con un giro: la pop-up de Maleducat y Hermanos Vinagre<\/strong> en el restaurante de Sant Antoni, dentro del ciclo gastron\u00f3mico de Casa Fiero<\/strong> (del chef V\u00edctor R\u00f3denas). Un encuentro entre la cocina castiza y la catalana, con los mejillones en escabeche ahumado, los callos a la madrile\u00f1a, la ensaladilla \u201cLa Rusa\u201d o \u201cla gilda m\u00e1s cara del mundo\u201d de Hermanos Vinagre, y los macarrones de rostit<\/em> de tres carnes o el mar y monta\u00f1a de alb\u00f3ndigas de jabal\u00ed con sepia de Maleducat. La prueba de que Madrid y Barcelona tienen mucho que contarse a la mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n

Y para despedir el finde, cine. La Cava<\/strong>, el espacio de The Hoxton Poblenou<\/strong> que cada dos semanas se transforma en sala de proyecciones, proyecta en 35 mm<\/strong> \u2014de la mano de Filmin\u2014 The Novice<\/strong><\/em> (2021), el tenso thriller psicol\u00f3gico de Lauren Hadaway sobre una universitaria obsesionada con entrar en el equipo de remo. Ambici\u00f3n y perfeccionismo llevados al l\u00edmite, en VOSE y con packs de entrada, palomitas y hasta pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n
