The mule version of the New Balance 2002R, one of the sports brand’s most iconic silhouettes, has arrived.

This is not the first time that NB has opted for comfort by launching clogs. We already saw it with the M801 model, when the brand decided to eliminate the back part of the shoe for the first time.

Now, they bring this concept back and create an iteration of the 2002R, available in two colourways: Rain Cloud/Marblehead and Mindful/Grey/Marblehead. Both options include N-ERGY and ABZORB, advanced techniques that ensure comfort and cushioning in the heel area. Another aspect to highlight is the total absence of laces, which have been replaced by a tongue that incorporates rubber on the sides.

So far, the new New Balance sneakers have only been launched in China, but are expected to arrive in Europe and the United States soon.

And speaking of sneakers… Have you seen the latest Smiley x Reebok?
