Converse continues its eternal line of cobranding with the renovation of designers with whom it has worked previously for the spring-summer 2021 season. The brand will launch an expansive project that celebrates creativity and highlights the design of various exciting creatives today.
“An important value of Converse is that it respects, honors, and wants to continue to encourage creativity. Inviting the collective genius continues to generate innovation for us,” says the company’s vice president of footwear, Brandis Russell, in a press release.
“Our brand has been a positive agitator in really critical moments of culture. Today, we want to make sure that our creative drive, and that of our partners, has an attached intention”.
In the project, we find a lineup that embraces the proposals of TELFAR, Tyler The Creator, COMME des GARÇONS PLAY, Off-White, Kim Jones or Chinatown Market. Converse will thus highlight the key values and identity of each name, which range from inclusion to sustainability in fashion.
