Yoon Ahn is once again experimenting with sustainable materials and techniques to elevate workwear into the eco-futuristic sphere. The Korean-American designer opens the doors to an exciting AMBUSH® WORKSHOP autumn/winter 22 collection. Come and see.
The collection features a constellation of pieces ranging from color block knitted cardigans to flowing trousers, hiking-inspired sweatshirts and structural tailoring. Within this range, innovation is introduced in knitwear, as the AMBUSH® logo changes color when the sunlight hits it. Another highlight is a coat that reveals the monogram only when it comes into contact with water.
Precisely this intersection between technology and nature is transferred to a garment made of recycled and organic fabrics such as cotton or corduroy, washed to reveal a vintage-style effect. Materials that form the basis of this capsule are covered by outerwear such as maxi down jackets in geometric designs or varsity jackets.
An eclectic selection of footwear completes the outfits of this proposal through rubber boots in primary or mountain colors, and sneakers dressed in neutral tones. The collection is completed with a fun range of jewelry that fuses strawberries, cherries, and bananas with natural stones.
AMBUSH®︎ WORKSHOP FW22 will be released later this year on the official website of the New Guards Group brand.
