Emerging lingerie brand Cou Cou presents a new Valentine’s Day collection through a campaign that celebrates intimacy and romance in its many forms, whether platonic or with oneself.
The Valentine’s Day capsule swaps bras and tight underwear for nostalgic camisoles and classic high-waisted briefs. The campaign is “an invitation for us to broaden the scope of the [holiday] to celebrate love of all kinds, not just to include the romantic partners we love, but anyone and anything,” says founder Rose Colcord.
“Traditionally, Valentine’s Day has been a celebration of romantic relationships and an occasion to dress up in uncomfortable, unique lingerie for your partner (who will usually end up in our lingerie drawer longer than we will). However, this year we want to celebrate the lingerie we wear every day. For us, not for them, anymore,” explains the designer.
Cou Cou creates intimate essentials that bridge the gap between our lingerie and the underwear drawer, so you don’t have to sacrifice comfort for tenderness.
