FC Barcelona has opened a Barça Store in Madrid, the Club’s first shop in the city, located on Calle Arenal, near Puerta del Sol. Thus, Barça moves forward in the consolidation of its expansion plan with the opening of a new establishment managed 100% by the Club.
The Barça Store in Madrid, in the heart of the city centre and in the exceptional location of the historic Palacio de Gavira, has a total of 190 m2 divided over two floors, offering a 100% Barça experience. It is an innovative point of sale with which the Barça club continues its line of continuity in terms of design, a very characteristic concept that the Club has been reflecting in each of its latest openings.
In this sense, the azulgrana club adds a new point of sale, the first outside Catalonia, and becomes the tenth official store managed 100% by Barça, together with those at Camp Nou, Canaletes, Paseo de Gracia, Sagrada Familia, Westfield La Maquinista, La Roca Village, the corner in El Corte Inglés and Barcelona airport T1 and T2.
A Barça experience
With this establishment, FC Barcelona is following in the footsteps of its latest openings with a concept that combines new technologies and characteristic elements related to the Club’s tradition, seeking to offer visitors a unique Barça experience.
Thus, visitors arriving at the premises are welcomed with a mosaic created from the characteristic Madrid tile, with a drawing that pays tribute to the city of Barcelona and some of the most unique monuments of important personalities of Catalan culture. La Pedrera and the Sagrada Familia, works by Antoni Gaudí, along with other elements that form part of the city’s unique skyline, take centre stage along with the different players represented.
Floor 0 is mainly dedicated to men’s and women’s clothing. In addition, the different shop windows that welcome visitors have LED screens showing images of the Camp Nou and some of the main 100% Barça collections. The Culés who come to the shop will feel part of the atmosphere and emotions that are experienced in the stadium, thanks to the different audiovisual and dynamic devices.
On the first floor there is a collection for the little ones and the printing lab area, where visitors and fans who wish to customise their Barça shirts will be able to do so. In this way, the whole establishment is inspired by the Catalan and Barça imaginary, which, thanks to the large windows, can also be seen from the street.
Visitors to the Barça Store in Madrid will be able to find the official kits already available for the new 2022/23 season for the FC Barcelona teams, training wear and also exclusive 100% Barça collections, only available at the points of sale managed directly by the Club.
