Dyson Zone™ air purifying headphones

Dyson launches its first portable device that functions as both an air purifier and a quality headset with advanced noise cancellation.

The Dyson Zone™ air purifying headphones, designed for ultra-low sound distortion with advanced noise cancellation and the ability to remove gases and 99% of pollutants, are now on sale.

Available in “Ultra Blue/Prussian Blue” and “Prussian Blue/Bright Copper”, the headphones are priced at $949 USD and are available online at Dyson Demo stores and on the Dyson website.

The brand mainly known for its vacuum cleaners, fans and hair dryers has innovated with this new release, its first portable device that works as an air purifier and quality headphones. It contains a visor equipped with electrostatic filters to capture acid gases that provide up to 12 months of use before they need to be replaced.

The headphones have noise-cancelling capabilities up to 38 decibels and include 40-millimeter neodymium drivers that provide premium sound quality. Users can connect to the MyDyson app and switch between three different audio equalization modes: Dyson EQ, Bass Boost and Neutral.

The new Dyson Zone™ comes with a second electrostatic carbon filter, carrying bag, visor case, cleaning brush and in-flight adapter kit. The battery provides 50 hours of listening time on a full charge; three hours via USB-C.

On the other hand, the upcoming AirPods will include a touchscreen display.
