At Martine Rose’s recent Spring/Summer 2024 runway show, the designer took the opportunity to show for the first time the silhouettes of her long-awaited collaboration with Clarks.
Martine Rose recently presented her Spring/Summer 2024 collection in which she pays homage to her hometown, London, combining sporty aesthetics reminiscent of 90’s ravers and more elevated elements in the looks. The designer took the opportunity and also presented the silhouettes that make up her highly anticipated collection alongside Clarks as the brand’s first guest Creative Director. This collaboration entitled “Coming Up Roses” is a refreshing twist on familiar classics, such as the oxford and the moccasin to which Rose has given a new version.
The loafer transforms into a chunky wedge heel that retains the Penny strap along the vamp and showcases an intergral snakeskin design with one option in pink, one in brown and one in green. The oxford, also covered in the snakeskin design, includes its accents in black. Another design is divided between a toe cap, a center section and the lace compartment by stitching that manipulates the shape of the puffed shoe.
Don’t miss any updates on the official release of “Coming up Roses” on Highxtar.
Talking about footwear, the Nike Mac Attack is back from Travis Scott and John McEnroe.
