Travis Scott announces the release date of his new album Utopia with an event in Egypt on 28 July, the same day as the release of the film Circus Maximus.
“Before I go, today will be the last day I perform this live,” he told fans during his performance at Rolling Loud Miami on Saturday. “Utopia, see you in a couple of days. I’m dropping a movie in theaters the same day the album comes out. The movie is called Circus Maximus, see you next week for Utopia. And I’ll see you in Egypt if you can make it to the pyramids. Miami, I fucking love you all”.
Following Travis Scott‘s words at the concert and the trailer he played at the end of the show, we deduce that the artist has generated with his label Cactus Jack a film that will be released on the same day of the release of his latest and long-awaited album Utopia. The trailer included scenes of rapper Cactus Jack performing, surrounded by a sea of people sitting in a U-shaped field of grass. The film will be released in cinemas.
