An exciting studio work that has been in the making for the past four years with Jack Antonoff.
As the artist herself confirmed during her appearance at the Billboard and NMPA Songwriter Awards in Los Angeles, she will present her new LP dedicated entirely to country music. Called ‘Lasso’, it is her tenth album, which comes a year after her last one, and on which she has been working for the past four years with renowned singer, songwriter and producer Jack Antonoff. Both have delved into Muscle Shoals, Nashville and Mississippi to soak up the culture of this musical genre and to be able to offer a unique project.
“The music business is going country. And so are we. It’s happening,” says Lana del Rey.
No official release date for the EP has been confirmed at this time, but it is expected to arrive in the coming months.
