The collaboration between Heaven, Kiko and ASICS becomes an experimental design synergy with which to triple any materialised work. A powerful idea that now dazzles in its new pair of Y2K-inspired Mary Janes, encoded through hyper-femininity.
The collection, orchestrated around the emerging model, is illustrated in a campaign shot in New York, in which model Kiko Muzihara appears accompanied by a rat in several sequences in which she walks through the city, brilliantly illuminated by neon lights and the flashes it projects.
Australian artist Spencer Lai, along with London-based illustrator Alice Bloomfield, lends his graphic works to the collection, illustrating hoodies, skirts and long-sleeved T-shirts made from repurposed materials, which are paired with crystal beaded accessories and asymmetrical zip-up jackets.
Attention: the Heaven by Marc Jacobs and Kiko Kostadinov collaboration will be available from 22 February on the official websites of the avant-garde brands.
