The British designer and the French champagne brand are in a surprising collaboration.
Made from discarded waste from Veuve Clicquot‘s vineyards, the pieces in the exclusive collection have been meticulously designed with the aim of blending the codes of both brands. In this way, the vegan leather that Stella McCartney has been developing over the last few years is transformed into various elegant bags, summer shoes and even a champagne holder that allows the iconic bottle to be transported in an extra luxurious way.
All this on a colour palette that combines natural tones such as forest green, brown or beige on the different fabrics that imitate picnic baskets and grape-shaped labels. Finally, the wedge sandals stand on an imposing sole made of cork, a nod to the Parisian drink.
The Stella McCartney x Veuve Clicquot collection will be available from 21 March. Click here to find out all the details.
And speaking of exclusive collaborations… Supreme and Dr. Martens reconnect on the 1461 ‘Rub Off’.
