The new design was unveiled on the courts of Roland Garros to coincide with the first match of this year’s French Open, which is being held in Paris. Sinner will be sporting his new customised travel bag at the upcoming tournaments of the season.
This special collaboration, which combines Gucci’s craftsmanship and style with HEAD’s quality and long experience in manufacturing high-performance sports equipment, embodies the best of both brands. United by their commitment to excellence, this collaboration celebrates Jannik Sinner’s spectacular career both on and off the court.
Last year at Wimbledon, the House unveiled the first customised travel bag created for its ambassador, marking the beginning of the partnership. As well as contributing to how Sinner is revolutionising the codes and aesthetics of tennis, the Gucci x HEAD collaboration brings with it new opportunities to explore innovative designs and push the boundaries of both sportswear and luxury fashion.
The new travel bag, designed by Gucci and produced by HEAD, comes in a sleek all-white leather version. Its classic silhouette is highlighted by the iconic green-red-green triband, a nod to the brand’s rich tennis heritage dating back to the 1970s.
During that time, the House significantly expanded its tennis product offering, which includes accessories, footwear and ready-to-wear, all characterised by the iconic Gucci triband. The Gucci x HEAD logo, symbolising the collaboration between the two brands, is prominently displayed on the side.
