On the occasion of the 37th America’s Cup, K-Way® presents a capsule collection created in honour of the Orient Express Racing Team, for which it has been a technical supplier since 2023. The French-rooted brand pays homage to the sea, the wind and the outdoors with a carefully selected range of technical clothing and accessories. The launch is also a tribute to the Orient Express Team, the Parisian icon of luxury travel, celebrating France’s return to the world’s oldest yacht race, which will be held in Barcelona from 22 August to 20 October 2024.

In March 2023, K-Way® announced that it would play the role of technical supplier to the Orient Express Racing Team® in the America’s Cup, which for the firm means more than just revisiting its origins as a technical clothing brand, but is also a way of honouring its French roots. In addition, for the first time in the history of the America’s Cup, women will also be able to compete, a sporting milestone that K-Way wanted to celebrate by including a selection of women’s garments.

A double launch

The launch is divided in two: on the one hand, a technical collection, developed with the needs of competitors in mind; on the other hand, a lifestyle line.

This first collection includes jackets, fleece-lined garments, trousers and shorts, all breathable and waterproof. It also comprises technical T-shirts, lycra pieces and thermo-regulating underwear. The collection also includes one of the company’s star products: Claude, their most emblematic windbreaker. The garments are available in dark blue or beige, with the iconic K-Way® logo, in addition to Orient Express®, America’s Cup and other sponsors. Accessories include backpacks and duffel bags made with laser technology in waterproof fabrics.

The second collection also brings together clothing and accessories in a wide range of colours, from black to white, dark blue, beige and yellow. We find T-shirts, polo shirts, hats in various styles, technical fabric shorts and trousers and even a quick-drying swimming costume, the ideal choice for enjoying the sea and the landscape of the boats in La Barceloneta. The Orient Express® and America’s Cup logos are also featured in this collection.
