Dior celebrates Peter Lindbergh with a unique exhibition

The Galerie Dior in Paris will host more than 100 snapshots captured between 1988 and 2018 by the acclaimed fashion photographer.

Divided into ten different spaces, the exhibition is presented as an exciting journey through the career of Lindbergh, whose photographs forever marked the history of fashion with work for major editorials and magazines such as Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.

In addition, we find other works signed by him such as contact sheets and unpublished reading prints, as well as an exclusive work for Dior, made in New York in 2018, which never came to light until now.

‘While Haute Couture is closely linked to an idea of perfection and the mastery of every detail, I wanted to transport 70 years of Dior creations to an unexpected place,’ Peter recalled at the time.

In this way, the Maison celebrates the unique beauty of women, an inventive vision that has allowed it to forge strong ties with the creative.
