Served on a tiered tray inspired by the luxury shopping centre’s logo, every bite is designed to surprise.

The gastronomic offer includes the ‘One Bites’, a signature bonbon filled with crunchy Spanish almond praline and 61% dark chocolate; the ‘diamant madagascar’, a sable-style tea pastry made with Madagascan butter and vanilla; ‘The Little Ones’, irresistible miniatures such as the ‘mini brownie noir’, a juicy chocolate brownie sponge cake or the ‘mini valentine’, a tender buttery Breton pastry with a touch of cinnamon and mandarin and apricot jam.

Finally, at the base we find ‘The Big Ones’ containing the tartalette framboise, a tartlet with raspberry gelée and almond Dacquoise-style sponge cake; and the tender chocolate cookie made with muscovado sugar, milk chocolate, caramelised walnuts and a touch of salt.
