With the Ohana Full-Bloom and Surippa Ohana models as protagonists.

The celebrated Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, known for his iconic smiling flowers, has taken a new step in his career by officially presenting Ohana Hatake, his first foray into the world of footwear. The brand’s name, which in Japanese means “field of flowers”, pays tribute to his recognizable aesthetic universe and his fascination with botany reinterpreted through his particular vision.

It is a project that has been carefully cultivated over the last year and, after the success of its three limited releases – among them the coveted Ohana Full-Bloom flip-flops that debuted with BLACKPINK– Murakami makes official the arrival of this new line with two brand new models.

On the one hand, new color combinations for the Ohana Full-Bloom in “Apricot ‘ and ’Raspberry Rose” shades, and on the other hand, a completely fresh proposal under the name Surippa Ohana, developed in collaboration with the footwear experts at VIOLET ST.
