Inspired by Massimo Osti’s distinctive approach to multi-layered fabrics, the collection pushes the boundaries of the visible and the functional. Instead of hiding internal structures and ribbons, as the traditional norm dictates, Massimo Osti Studio lays them bare. In this reinterpretation, the nylon tricot mesh, traditionally found on the inside of the fabric, is moved to the outside, while the GORE-TEX layer is repositioned on the inside.
This innovative construction method not only maintains the performance properties that make GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ legendary, but also introduces an unexpected visual play with chiaroscuro effects. This contrast between the technical and the aesthetic generates a new narrative that celebrates both the functionality and ingenuity that the brand has in terms of textile and design innovation.
