Jil Sander enters the world of jewellery

Presented as a natural extension of its minimalist universe, the collection debuts exclusively at the newly opened flagship store in Ginza, Tokyo.

The fashion house, synonymous with aesthetic purity and elevated design, takes a bold step into the world of fine jewellery with the launch of its first collection in this category.

Inspired by the essential elements of nature – botany, water and the cosmos – the line takes light as its central concept, with organic and archetypal forms. Each piece combines 18-carat gold with lab-grown diamonds, fusing the excellence of the Italian goldsmith tradition with the most advanced technologies such as 3D printing and sustainable lost-wax casting processes.

The result is sculptural pieces that celebrate irregularities, where every imperfection is calculated to reflect the unique character of the wearer. Hand-polished surfaces, contrasting textures and designs that favour lightness and functionality without sacrificing visual impact.

The collection includes iconic pieces such as the ‘Branch’ series, which explores fractal shapes with hollow designs and ultra-light finishes, perfect for sophisticated everyday wear. On the other hand, ‘Astral’ translates the cosmic language into flat chains and pendants with solar shapes, standing out for its coining technique with high-precision presses. Finally, the ‘Drop’ series turns microfusion into art, creating mini elliptical sculptures that redefine minimalism as a tactile and visual experience.
