MISS SIXTY x Mowalola: A collection for naughty girls

What happens when Miss Sixty denim gets into the hands of Mowalola? The clothes turn into pure fire.

MISS SIXTY x Mowalola: A collection for naughty girls

Reviving denim culture for the wildest chicks

If the obsession with denim was already almost water under the bridge, the new collaboration between MISS SIXTY and Mowalola Ogunlesi forces us, with pleasure it is also true, to continue with the same story. And as a stick with pleasure doesn’t hurt, we have stayed to see it. But the designer and the most OG company in women’s denim, have taken it to the next level: a collection that is pure fire.

By joining forces with Mowalola, the Central Saint Martins graduate who doesn’t know the word “conventional,” Miss Sixty is once again putting herself in the spotlight. With a CV that includes being signed by Kanye West as design director and dressing icons like Naomi Campbell and Kim Kardashian, Mowalola is the definition of cool in the industry today, and Miss Sixty has captured it well.

The MISS SIXTY x Mowalola collection is, without any doubt, for bad girls. Deconstructed pieces, gravity-defying cuts and silhouettes that scream attitude: there’s no room for boring here. Imagine the retro glamour of the 2000s mixed with the irreverence of Ogunlesi. The result is pure fire.

From jackets with metallic details that look like they’re straight out of a music video to low-rise pants that are a cheeky nod to Y2K, each garment is a provocation in itself. This collection doesn’t follow trends; it creates them. Just like Mowalola does with everything it makes.

Don’t say that we didn’t warn you: the closet for the girls with guns blazing is here, and it comes from the hand of MISS SIXTY x Mowalola. Now available in selected stores and online.
