Away from the catwalks, Milan Fashion Week street style has once again taken centre stage, showing that fashion is not only worn on the catwalk, but also on the street, where ideas come to life and materialise. This season, the Italian capital became a hotbed of creativity, with a mix of references and a clear message of renewal.
High-end tailoring was combined with leather pieces that provided that dose of rebellion, creating a perfect contrast between the traditional and the radical. Autumnal palettes dominated the scene, with warm tones such as brown, ochre and maroon in the foreground. However, it was grey, deep and sophisticated, together with eternal black, that added that dose of indisputable elegance to the looks.
