A real estate project that fuses automotive aesthetics with avant-garde architecture.

The German brand, in partnership with the real estate group JDS Development Group, has given the green light for the sale of Mercedes-Benz Places Tower 2. This 67-storey skyscraper, which will redefine the Miami skyline in 2017, stands as a symbol of the innovation and timeless design for which the manufacturer is renowned.

With an aesthetic based on the philosophy of ‘sensual purity’, the tower stands with stacked and offset volumes, created by SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot. Its interior will feature panoramic windows and bathrooms inspired by luxury spas, among other exclusive facilities, such as the Silver Arrow Lounge on the rooftop.

With 800 residences, a 174-room hotel, high-end offices and 12,000 m2 of amenities, Mercedes-Benz Places will offer the very best in terms of quality and excellence in the heart of Southside Park.
