Versace dives – literally – into its marine heritage with La Vacanza, its latest collection that reimagines Mediterranean mythology from a contemporary and hedonistic point of view. It’s not just swimwear, but pieces that flow between beach club and after, embracing versatility as the new statement of luxury.
Photographed by the always minimal and precise Zoë Ghertner, the campaign captures this organic transition between the coast and the city, with looks that blend into settings of sun, salt and urban marble. The Versace DNA is in every couture, with revamped prints of the iconic Tresors de la Mer and details that evoke archaeological artefacts, marine biodiversity and even a nod to quiet sustainability.
The silhouettes? A visual delirium: draped swimming costumes that mutate into corsets, silk shirts that flow like ethereal blouses, bikinis elevated with translucent layers, and structured jackets that rival the architecture of the Parthenon. All under the lens of the sensual maximalism that Donatella masters like no other. The line also expands into the Versace Home universe.
The collection is now available on the official Versace website.
