A proposal that comes straight from the future with Kylian Mbappé, Trinity Rodman and Jaylen Brown as protagonists.
Imagine a 2075 where style is pure fiction, design is biological – almost alien – and technology and fashion have mutated into a new species of cultural expression. Such is Oakley‘s new chapter, entitled “Artifacts From The Future”, which presents an era of inventions designed for tomorrow, delivered today and born of an influence that transcends play.

From the Sub Zero to the Eye Jacket, mara’s designs have rewritten the rules and reshaped the world, from the winners’ podium to the catwalks, the main stage and beyond. Because the ‘artefacts of the future’ are designed for 2025 and delivered in 2025, hand in hand with Team Oakley athletes Kylian Mbappé, Trinity Rodman and Jaylen Brown. They all share the same unbreakable bond: their strength and style transcend sport to break new cultural ground, each in their own way.
Now, the line being proposed looks like something straight out of a biomechanical design lab. The Plantaris model, for example, is a sort of visual creature with mutant DNA, and takes aesthetic engineering to the extreme: inspiration from animal anatomy, flexible silicone rods that simulate moving muscles, and a silhouette that exudes evolution all over.

Alongside it, the Lateralis and the Masseter channel that futuristic industrial language but with heritage, ready to take off this year – even if their essence belongs to the aesthetics of the late 90s and early 2000s.
But that’s not all. In “Artifacts From the Future” Jaylen Brown leads the SS25 Reserve Apparel collection, designed for the next generation of adventurers, where the spirit of exploration is channelled through a multi-pocket design philosophy and bold aesthetic. Inspired by contemporary urban culture, it fuses bold graphics with high-tech and lightweight fabrics that offer the highest level of functionality without ever compromising on style.
