Lola Rodríguez stars in the new Gaultier Divine campaign

When Charly Gosp takes the universe of Jean Paul Gaultier and reinterprets it through her lens, we can only expect one thing: art. And if Lola Rodríguez emerges at the center of that universe, the result can only be pure magnetism. This is demonstrated by the latest campaign for Gaultier Divine, the French house’s new women’s fragrance, which debuts with a resounding declaration: “When the divine corsets appear, everything else fades.”

Lola, actress, activist, and undisputed face of a new, unlabeled femininity, brings this new perfumed icon to life with the strength of someone who has made her identity a banner. In the campaign, directed by Gosp, her figure traverses golden landscapes and dreamlike atmospheres, dressed in the brand’s complete looks.

Gaultier Divine

Designed by perfumer Quentin Bisch, this floral-marine fragrance reinterprets luxury from a contemporary perspective. A majestic lily dominates the composition, surrounded by white flowers, a luscious meringue, and a touch of iodine that evokes freedom, skin, and the sea. The result: an olfactory experience as powerful as Lola herself.

And as if that weren’t enough, Gaultier Divine is also a gesture toward the future. Its bottles, veritable golden sculptures inspired by corsets, are refillable and significantly reduce the use of materials. Because today, being Divine also means being conscious.

Lola & Gaultier

It’s no coincidence that Lola is the new face of Gaultier Divine. Since her beginnings, the actress and activist has challenged norms, speaking out for the LGBTQ+ community and its values. Values for which Jean Paul Gaultier has championed since 1976. In fact, we could say that Lola and Gaultier speak the same language: that of the body as sacred territory, identity as art, and beauty as power.

In the campaign, Lola appears wearing the perfume that reincarnates the brand’s iconic golden corset—that conical and sensual piece that Gaultier turned into a pop symbol. The actress is a modern, magnetic, and fearless goddess. Her image is enveloped in light, reflecting the heart of Gaultier Divine: a fragrance that embodies sensuality, strength, and freedom.

Duran Lantink is the new creative director of Jean Paul Gaultier. What does his appointment mean for the house of the enfant terrible of fashion?
