In a visual universe that smells of neon, leather and daring, Gray perfectly embodies the personality of the Mostro: hybrid, restless, rebellious. The campaign explores the energy that is released when style defies the norm and the night becomes a playground for self-expression. And the result is a series of images that blend intimacy and fierce attitude during a night out.

Originally released in 1999 and christened with the Italian term, these iconic trainers are pure archive culture ready for the present. With roots in 60s athletics and 80s groove shoes, their low silhouette, spiked sole and utilitarian velcro fastening have mutated into a cult piece.

The ‘Pele Yellow’ will arrive on 5 June at PUMA.com, PUMA flagship stores and selected retailers around the world.
