Supreme x Zoo York: A raw tribute to the most authentic NYC skate

Supreme teams up with Zoo York to release a capsule redolent of concrete, subways, and VHS mixtapes. For Spring 2025, the two New York powerhouses are launching a collaboration that’s not just fashion: it’s a living archive of the dirtiest, most honest, most real skateboarding.

Zoo York was born in ’93 when all the skate scene was on the other side of the country, in a California bathed in punk rock and sunshine. But on the East Coast, the mood was different. In NYC, skaters moved between tags, rhymes, and broken asphalt. Zoo York channeled that energy and turned it into an identity. Its iconic 1997 Zoo York Mixtape—directed by RB Umali—wasn’t a simple skate video: it was an urban manifesto. Raw clips of Harold Hunter, Robbie Gangemi, and Jefferson Pang mingled with freestyles taken straight from the Stretch & Bobbito show, with appearances by Method Man, Ghostface, Busta Rhymes, and Fat Joe.

Now, Supreme taps into that legacy. The Spring 2025 collection recaptures the aesthetic and vibe of that NYC that smelled of marker ink, dollar store pizza, and squealing wheels on the LES. The capsule includes a soccer jersey, hoodie, baggy jeans, shorts, and two tees with attitude. Extras? A camp cap, a beanie, a co-branded deck, and Spitfire® wheels ready to tear up the pavement.

The Supreme x Zoo York drop lands in-store and online on June 19. In Asia, it’s available June 21.
