SonRías Baixas 2025 adds an extra day and confirms La Raíz as headliner

“For the second year in a row, the Galician event is extending its duration, consolidating its status as one of the most important summer festivals in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula. The big surprise of this edition is the return of La Raíz, who will headline the lineup on Thursday, July 31st, in what will be one of their first concerts after a six-year hiatus.

The organization has unveiled a lineup with 24 artists that combines established names, emerging voices, and Galician talent. Sen Senra, Carolina Durante, Judeline, Dani Fernández, Alizzz, Delaporte, and Nena Daconte stand out as some of the festival’s main attractions, which will also feature groups such as Cariño, Niña Polaca, Shego, Marlena, Vega, and The Rapants. The festival once again commits to gender parity, with more than 50% of the bands led or integrated by women.

The event, organized by PlayPlan and sponsored by the Concello de Bueu, the Deputación de Pontevedra, and the Xunta de Galicia, continues to strengthen its social, cultural, and economic impact. In 2024, it brought together over 26,000 people and generated an estimated economic impact of 2.3 million euros in the region. These results have been recognized at the Iberian Festival Awards, where SonRías Baixas received the award for Best Tourism Promotion.

General passes are available from €54.90 on the festival’s official website. Tickets can be purchased for all four days or as three-day passes. The offer is complemented by camping areas, catering services, parallel activities, and proposals that integrate the festival experience with the natural and cultural environment of Bueu.

The 2025 edition reaffirms the festival’s growth, which has evolved from its origins as a small-scale event to a nationally recognized festival with its own identity. The blend of musical genres, the focus on local talent, social commitment, and a privileged location by the sea make SonRías Baixas an unmissable event in the Galician summer calendar.
