El Silencio Ibiza opens URUSAI SUNSET BAR this seaso

Equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system and a clean, minimalist atmosphere designed by world-renowned architect Kulapat Yantrasast (WHY Architecture) — a former close collaborator of Tadao Ando and responsible for the recent renovation of the Michael C. Rockefeller Wing of the Metropolitan Museum in New York, as well as an upcoming expansion of the Louvre Museum — El Silencio Ibiza debuts URUSAI SUNSET BAR this season.

A space with a sculptural vortex rising like a tree trunk at its center, inviting visitors to sit around it and revel in the music’s depths. From late afternoon until late at night, you can enjoy a selection of vinyl records curated by Jaime Fiorito, ranging from spiritual jazz to pioneering disco rhythms, as well as underground gems and contemporary producers.

At its edge is URUSAI IZAKAYA, a Japanese-Iberian tavern originating in Paris. Chefs Taku Yuji Mikurya and Romain Littière, who deploy their creativity in a harmonious blend of Japanese tradition and the richness of local produce, serve fresh dishes packed with umami, such as crispy rice bites, toro sando, soba noodles with red shrimp, and Ibizan vegetable tempura. The meal is complemented by select sakes and wines.

As night falls, live DJ sets here take us on unforgettable sonic journeys. Meanwhile, the cocktail menu offers a refined fusion of local flavors with Japanese inspiration: lychee martinis, wasabi margaritas, and other bold creations designed to wow the palate, accompanied by a curated selection of bite-sized snacks that delight all the senses.

All the new features El Silencio Ibiza has prepared for this summer.
