Travis Scott confirms “JACKBOYS 2” release date

Travis Scott has confirmed the release date for “JACKBOYS 2”, the second instalment of Cactus Jack’s collaborative project. The album will be available from 13 July and will feature a total of 17 tracks. The compilation will be hosted by Bun B, although no further details about the track list or guest artists have been released.

The announcement came after Travis Scott previewed it in March during an appearance at Miami’s LIV club, where he noted that “JACKBOYS 2” was on the way. A month later, he released a trailer for the project and, in early July, unveiled the single “2000 EXCURSION”. The music video for this song suggested a possible link to a radio station in the video game GTA VI, although this was not officially confirmed.

“JACKBOYS 2” will be released on 13 July.
