To mark its 50th anniversary and 25 years of Armani/Casa, Giorgio Armani is launching its first branded residences in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The project is developed in collaboration with RAK Properties and includes a limited collection of villas and apartments by the sea.
The residences are located in the Raha Island area. They offer private beach access and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Jebel Jais mountains. The design is inspired by Giorgio Armani’s personal residences and creative vision. It brings to residential architecture the use of precious materials and bespoke creations, characteristic of haute couture.
Residents will have access to a members-only beach club. They will also enjoy services such as concierge, private experiences, and special events organised by the brand. Armani considers this project an important step in integrating design with the marine environment while maintaining its style.
With this initiative, Giorgio Armani expands its presence in the Middle East luxury market, bringing its design approach and exclusivity to residential living.
