Aimé Leon Dore presents the Derby Hiker in three versions. The model combines premium calfskin and suede uppers with a rugged Vibram sole that ensures traction and durability. The colourways are clear-cut. A rust orange suede with yellow rope-style laces, a two-tone option in olive green and taupe, and an all-black calfskin version with black and yellow laces.
The orange stands out as the boldest option; the earth-tone version is defined by its unconventional asymmetry; while the all-black is the most sophisticated, aligned with the quiet luxury trend yet carrying a gorpcore twist.
The price, at around $450, is a reminder that this is no casual purchase. Handmade in Italy, the shoe sits firmly within the brand’s seasonal footwear line-up. The same drop also features more classic styles, such as the Venetian Buckle Loafer, a leather moccasin offered in smooth black or crocodile-effect finishes.
Beyond footwear, Aimé Leon Dore continues to strengthen its key collaborations — from fresh takes on the New Balance 992 Made in USA to joint pieces with The North Face, Porsche and various sports teams.
The Derby Hiker is now available on Aimé Leon Dore official website.
