L’Oréal Paris to take over the Hôtel de Ville

A manifesto of freedom, equality, and sisterhood.

On 29 September, the French capital will once again host the eagerly awaited Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris 2025 show as part of Fashion Week. The event will once again be open to the public in one of the city’s most historically significant venues: a place of revolutions, social struggles and demands for women’s rights. Today, that same space—the Hôtel de Ville—will host a global show celebrating self-esteem, inclusion and female empowerment.

For the eighth time since 2017, Le Défilé will break down the barriers between the catwalk and the audience, between fashion and beauty. Harold Hames, the new make-up director, and Stéphane Lancien, the renowned hairstylist, will create the beauty looks that will define the season, once again reaffirming the union between creativity, trends and the avant-garde.

The catwalk will feature prominent figures from the industry such as Gillian Anderson, Marie Bochet, Cindy Bruna, Viola Davis, Jane Fonda, Bebe Vio Grandis, Ariana Greeblatt, Luma Grothe, Kendall Jenner, Aja Naomi King, Eva Longoria, Andie MacDowell, Helen Mirren and Aishwarya Rai. From Spain, Ana Milán will make her debut and join this acclaimed and exclusive group.

But the experience will not be limited to Paris. Public viewings will be organised in cities around the world to bring the magic of the show to the public. In Madrid, the show can be followed live on screens in Plaza de Callao, where there will also be an interactive backstage make-up area to complete the sensory experience. You can also watch it on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Prime Video and Roblox.
