Gardening Club by Nude Project is launched under the motto “Your head is your garden. Treat it well“. The references come from nature, the work of César Manrique and also the Netflix documentary Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones.
The campaign revolves around an everyday gesture, watering a plant. That symbol is therefore reflected in the colour palette —greens, earthy shades and organic tones— as well as in the floral prints. It also appears in the video directed by Guillermo Aliaga, a parody of contemporary obsession with speed and excess through a fictitious Gardening Club.
As for the garments, they maintain the brand’s relaxed aesthetic. Loose silhouettes, comfortable cuts and colours that convey calm. The puffers come in six ultra-lightweight versions, while jackets, overshirts and bombers are presented in sandy, chocolate and washed tones. Jumpers continue the cosy line of last season, and both hoodies and T-shirts include floral graphics on the back. Likewise, long-sleeved styles come in plain or striped versions, with shirt collars. Finally, trousers retain wide-leg cuts in washed denim and thick corduroy.
On the other hand, the women’s line focuses on a burgundy leather set with a snake print. It includes a cropped jacket with shearling on the collar and a matching mini skirt. In addition, the range is completed with wide-leg trousers, skirts and tops.
