KAWS:HOLIDAY once again activates the global map of public art. The project arrives at Souq Al Mina, where a monumental, glowing COMPANION becomes the new focal point of Manar Abu Dhabi.
The figure appears reclining, holding a crescent moon that lights up the desert night. A scene that blends stillness, exaggerated scale and the artist’s pop-infused aesthetic.
The installation will be open to the public from 15 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, in collaboration with AllRightsReserved. With this stop, the series adds another key destination following its appearances in Japan and Hong Kong.
Abu Dhabi thus reaffirms its cultural ambition, while KAWS presents one of his most contemplative gestures. Light, silence, and a COMPANION gazing at the sky.
