Alpha Industries brings you its FW25 collection and, instead of selling you ‘winter’, it shows you what it means to dress to stay warm. The brand has gone to Iceland — not for aesthetic reasons, but because there’s no room there for jackets that only work on Instagram posts. If they can withstand the conditions there, they can withstand anywhere.
The collection brings back classics that need no introduction: the N-3B VF 59, the N-2B Heritage and the 45/P Hooded Bomber. Jackets made to perform, period. They don’t come with talk of ‘innovation’; they come with decades of use in situations where the weather leaves no room for negotiation. It’s cold, that’s just how it is. This season, they’re back almost unchanged, because there’s no need to modify what already works; just adjust the attitude for 2025.
Alpha also includes the MOD Fur Bomber for women, which maintains the tactical vibe but without the typical stiffness of old military bombers. More comfortable, better fit, same energy: practical without asking permission to be aesthetic.
The interesting thing is that the collection doesn’t try to look “technical”. It is technical. And it doesn’t try to be “urban”. It already is. Everything is designed for that gap between the street, public transport at 7am and the wind that ruins any outfit. The clothes feel useful, as if Alpha were saying: “If you want a nice winter, go to another brand; if you want a real winter, we’re here”.
FW25 is now available at alphaindustries.eu.
