CHANEL has unveiled its Métiers d’art 2025/26 collection in New York. This choice of the city reinforces the cosmopolitan and energetic character that surrounds this annual show by the Maison. The House has also launched its digital platform dedicated to the collection, where the public can explore its details and creative universe.
The presentation takes inspiration from one of the city’s most emblematic locations, the New York underground. CHANEL highlights that this space “belongs to everyone”. Students, revolutionaries, statesmen and teenagers all cross paths within it. This mix gives rise to unique scenes on every journey.
According to the Maison, the New York underground is “a place filled with enigmatic yet wonderful encounters, a clash of pop archetypes where everyone has a destination and each person is unique in their way of dressing. As in films, they are the heroes of their own stories.” This vision guides the Métiers d’art 2025/26 collection.
With this proposal, the brand reaffirms the spirit of Métiers d’art. The collection pays tribute to the craftsmanship, creativity and excellence that define its savoir-faire. This time, CHANEL legacy is intertwined with the urban imagination of New York.
