Nearly three years after his last collection, Heron Preston begins a new chapter. The designer has regained full ownership of his namesake label, previously managed by New Guards Group Holding. With his independence restored, he unveils a fresh start through a series of edits. These drops will be released regularly until all seven blocks are complete.
The first, “Foundation: Blue Line Edit“, marks a direct return to the codes that shaped the label’s early identity. Instead of presenting a full collection, Preston opts for a refined and carefully curated selection.
Block 1 brings together the essential elements of his universe. It includes a monochromatic palette, orange accents and a balanced blend of streetwear and relaxed tailoring. Key pieces such as bomber jackets, high-neck tops and loose silhouettes make a comeback. All of them are reworked for 2025, keeping the brand’s DNA intact with subtle updates for the present.
One of the most symbolic gestures is the return of the orange label, now flipped. The designer himself explains it in the official statement: “During a time when I didn’t own my own name, flipping the label became my survival workaround. A way to keep creating, keep expressing myself and keep my identity alive. And now, in 2025, with full ownership restored, I continue to use the inverted orange label as a symbol of that journey.”
The Blue Line Edit is already available on the official Heron Preston website. This launch marks the start of a rebuild of the brand from the ground up, but with a renewed perspective.
