The first details of the future collaboration are revealed.
The latest collaboration between Human Made, the brand founded by NIGO, and Red Wing, the legendary American work boot manufacturer, takes two of the most iconic silhouettes from the latter’s archive as its starting point. We are talking about the 8-Inch Boots and the Pecos, where, far from limiting himself to a simple aesthetic reinterpretation, the Japanese designer introduces interesting updates designed for contemporary use: zips that make them easier to put on and provide comfort, and a new aesthetic touch that respects the original essence.
Both designs are finished with co-branded details that signify the exclusive collaboration, including the unmistakable Human Made stamp. It is a direct conversation between traditional American craftsmanship and the meticulous approach to streetwear under the direction of a living legend like NIGO.
To accompany the launch, a capsule collection of apparel has been designed that draws directly from the Human Made aesthetic, incorporating key pieces such as a graphic T-shirt, a hoodless sweatshirt and a varsity jacket. All of them feature the classic Red Wing logo, establishing a coherent visual dialogue between the two brands and their respective legacies.
