Balenciaga’s Fall collection and its menswear debut by Piccioli

The Fall 2026 collection marks the first chapter of Pierpaolo Piccioli’s Balenciaga menswear, in which tailoring, sportswear, and techwear coexist in a single proposal.

Balenciaga’s Fall collection and its menswear debut by Piccioli

Balenciaga presents its Fall 2026 collection with a key move at the forefront: the debut of Pierpaolo Piccioli’s Balenciaga man. A first chapter that doesn’t aim to redefine masculinity through force, but through ease. Refined, relaxed, everyday…

The collection is titled Body and Being and works almost like a reset for the house. Piccioli brings the focus back to what matters: how the body moves inside clothes. Drawing from the legacy of Cristóbal Balenciaga, he holds onto the founder’s most human idea—garments made for real bodies, for people of flesh and bone.

In menswear, the proposal blends classic tailoring with contemporary sportswear. Cashmere capes, car coats with a formal yet relaxed feel, and pieces inspired by garments Cristóbal himself used to wear, now reworked for everyday life.

From there, the entire collection follows the same logic. Streetwear and tailoring coexist without hierarchy. Techwear and evening dresses share the same space. Gymwear appears alongside formal pieces because that’s how life works now: moving from one place to another without changing skin. The lookbook, shot in Paris by Robin Galiegue, captures exactly that—clothes on the street, at home, in transit. No frozen fantasy. Balenciaga as a real community.

In womenswear, Balenciaga keeps its sense of character and strength. Opera gloves, draped hats, and delicate heels are all there, but paired with sweatshirts, leather, and sports pieces. Elegance displaced, taken out of context. The classic is no longer fragile—it’s attitude.

The collection also erases traditional categories. Day, night, street, sport—everything goes. This is where ProBody comes in, a technical fabric developed by the house that is breathable, antibacterial, and adapts to the body like a second skin. In this context, the collaboration with the NBA isn’t pure marketing—it makes sense.

Accessories follow the same idea. Le City returns sharper and more streamlined. Le 7 appears as a new top-handle bag. In footwear, comfort leads the way: cushioned loafers, flexible sneakers that fold, ultra-lightweight designs. Even a fitness mat enters the collection as a symbol of self-care. Fashion that understands wellbeing matters too.

Additionally, Balenciaga introduces two key collaborations: Manolo Blahnik in footwear and an NBA capsule, available from January 15, 2026.

This was the first campaign under the creative direction of Pierpaolo Piccioli.
