‘Dont’ Be Dumb’ is now available on all digital platforms.

After too many years of waiting, cryptic clues and the occasional change of direction, A$AP Rocky has finally broken his silence. His fourth studio album and first since “Testing” (2018) is now a reality, and it is loaded with context, symbolism and a creative ambition that transcends the boundaries of music.
For a while, the rapper himself joked that the album would ‘never come out’. And yet, here it is. Today, 16 January, a total of 17 new songs have been unveiled, along with a cover designed by Tim Burton (which we already knew about) and a narrative that reflects both his artistic and personal evolution.
Far from disappearing, Rocky has been exploring new territories. In 2025, he appeared in two critically acclaimed films: “Highest 2 Lowest”, directed by Spike Lee, and “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You”, by Mary Bronstein. At the same time, he has been fuelling anticipation for the album with intermittent updates, always keeping the mystery and tension intact.
On a personal level, his life has also changed radically since 2018. Over the last four years, he has started a family with three children with Rihanna, something that has undoubtedly marked a turning point and which inevitably seeps into the spirit of the album.
‘Don’t Be Dumb’, which for a brief period was known as “All Smiles”, was supposed to be released much earlier. The artist himself pointed to leakers as one of the main reasons for the delay, describing these practices—and those who engage in them—as ‘stupid’. It seems that the album title is no coincidence.
Among the collaborators, Tyler, The Creator, Doechii, Thundercat, Gorillaz… names that reinforce the idea that we are dealing with a creative, broad, daring and perfectly curated universe.
