The Attico turns “La Passeggiata” into an object of desire

One of the brand’s most recognisable bags becomes the centrepiece of a narrative where love is desired.

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Gilda Ambrossio and Giorgia Tordini have decided to present L’oggetto del desiderio, a very special project that takes La Passeggiata to the next level. An exclusive launch, available only on theattico.com, where the bag is reinterpreted through three new combinations of colours, materials and sizes, produced in a limited edition and conceived as authentic cult objects.

The campaign draws inspiration from the cinematic language of 1970s Italian cinema, bringing that sophisticated, slightly ironic and deeply emotional aesthetic to the world of The Attico. Here, love is presented as a feeling of absolute desire, where emotion, projection and fixation converge.

In this story, La Passeggiata becomes the silent protagonist, absorbing, amplifying and transforming feelings. A symbol of contemporary affection and a direct manifestation of one’s own desire.

L’oggetto del desiderio unfolds as a cinematic narrative divided into three independent chapters, which together construct a unified vision. Love is approached from three perspectives: tension, commitment and obsession, evoking the structure of classic Italian anthology films but with an unmistakably contemporary tone. Each of these could correspond to the three exclusive versions of La Passeggiata: the mini version in red leather with crocodile print; the small option in brushed cyclamen suede; and the medium variant in cherry red, made of suede with crackled leather details.
