With over 4 million active creators, OnlyFans‘ main obstacle is visibility. Numerous creators have pointed out that the internal search system is limited and ineffective. The platform itself justifies these restrictions as a security measure to prevent users from accidentally encountering NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. That’s where Presearch comes in, the free, private, and decentralised engine that expands its ecosystem with an image-based search feature. Unlike Google Images or any classic reverse search tool, Doppelgänger does not crawl the web, identify people, or display personal data; it simply analyses the visual structure to offer similar profiles within its index.

Furthermore, the company claims that gender and ethnicity are not used as input variables or classification signals at any stage of the model. The algorithm is optimised solely around visual structure. For now, the tool only indexes OnlyFans profiles, but Presearch has already expressed its intention to partner with other creator-focused platforms such as Fansly and Hidden.
