One of the most iconic bands of the 2000s confirms its return to the stage.
More than fifteen years after their last major active period, The Pussycat Dolls will return in 2026 as a trio, with Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts leading the live show. The announcement comes after days of cryptic clues on social media and takes the form of an international stadium tour that will visit the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom, marking their first major tour since the group’s official break-up in 2010. In addition, the comeback coincides with a double anniversary: 20 years since their debut album “PCD” and 30 years since the birth of the original project.
Before dominating the charts, The Pussycat Dolls were formed in 1995 as a burlesque dance company founded by Robin Antin. Over time, the project evolved into a pop girl band that ended up defining much of the mainstream sound of the 2000s. Their rise to fame came in 2005 with “PCD”, a studio album that turned the band into a global phenomenon thanks to hits such as “Don’t Cha”, “Buttons” and “Stickwitu”. Three years later, they consolidated their impact with “Doll Domination”, which featured songs such as “When I Grow Up” and “I Hate This Part”.

The reunion had been on the table for some time. In 2019, the Dolls reappeared as a quintet on The X Factor: Celebrity, where they performed “React”, their first new song in a decade. However, the pandemic forced the tour to be postponed several times until it was finally cancelled. Added to this situation were internal tensions, such as when Jessica Sutta and Carmit Bachar claimed to have found out about the situation through social media, highlighting a rift in the group in 2022; or the legal dispute between Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Antin over creative control of the brand and distribution of profits.
This new era will feature three of the most recognisable members from the group’s most successful period. According to Kimberly Wyatt, the band has always been an ‘ever-changing line-up’, something that is part of its very identity. And to kick off this new phase, the trio has released “Club Song”, produced by Mike Sabath.
The “PCD Forever” tour will feature a total of 53 dates, starting on 5 June in Palm Desert, California, and will visit cities such as Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, London and Dublin.
