REPARTO brings to an end its time on the EGO catwalk with ‘Continuará…’, a collection that represents a bridge to the brand’s near future and which is full of feelings.
The title comes from the film term commonly used to give way to an open ending, to an unknown but ambitious future where intrigue takes over all possibilities. This is ‘Continuará…’, a nostalgic and melancholic collection where some of the most tormenting thoughts are intermingled: the fear of becoming a broken toy, the pressure of perfection or the anxiety of having to leave everything halfway through…
Through techniques such as upcycling, the reuse of second-hand garments, materials such as lace and recycled polyester lycra, REPARTO has designed a series of exclusive pieces that they present in their new campaign, located in a dry cleaner’s. A metaphor that refers to the end of this stage and the future. A metaphor that refers to the end of this stage and the future of the brand. In it, they wanted to reflect the well-known ‘Nest Syndrome’, a type of behaviour that frequently occurs in pregnant women and which consists of a state of hyperactivity during the last weeks of pregnancy. Based on this concept, on the anxiety generated by the arrival of a baby, the brand wanted to simulate the end of this stage, of its passage through EGO, of leaving everything perfect to give way to a new REPARTO.
