The eponymous brand of Alicante designer Abraham Ortuño continues to preach the values of self-expression with unprecedented references for the new generations based on an eclectic and ironic background. The creative artist returns to Paris as part of the Fashion Week to present his proposal for the Fall/Winter 2024 season. Abraham transforms personal narratives into avant-garde fashion.
Set against the backdrop of Paris, ABRA recalls childhood memories celebrating the extraordinary in the ordinary and the irresistible beauty of everyday femininity. The collection pays homage to Abra’s aunt, who worked in a beauty salon, to his mother’s unconventional wedding dress and to the looks he designed for his Barbie as a child.
The dresses are infused with prints reminiscent of salon essentials and products. Oversize colonises trench coats, blazers, sweatshirts, T-shirts and coats. Leather is also intrinsic to the collection, as are everyday print stilettos, adidas SL 72 OG customised with glitter and their new Poster Bag.
