adidas launches its Exomniac sneaker inspired by rave culture

adidas takes inspiration from dance culture and futuristic design in its new “Exomniac” silhouette.

The Exomniac sneakers from adidas arrive in leather and mesh with a black base and metallic silver trim. They feature distinct overlays with three-stripe detailing on the side panels and tongue, with a design somewhat similar to the brand’s Orektro and Ozrah silhouettes. The insoles include custom graphics, while the adiprene midsole equipped with a heel formotion pocket and two-tone rubber outsole complete the sneaker.

“These adidas shoes harken back to the ’90s and early 2000s, when running shoes were practically synonymous with rave culture,” adidas writes. “A comfortable lining cushions every step, and a rubber outsole maintains grip as you move around the dance floor and through the crowd.”

The adidas Exomniac Cushion NSRC are available now at select retailers at a price around €150.

On the other hand, Bottega Veneta presents its sandals of the summer.
