adidas nylon-coats its iconic Samba OG

Designed in ‘Focused Olive’ and ‘Preloved Inks S24’, the new iterations feature a more casual but equally appealing aesthetic as the original version.

Keeping the same structure we already know so well, adidas updates the Samba OG with an upper completely covered in a crinkled nylon-like material. The leather overlay details accentuate some of the most distinctive symbols of this model, such as the three stripes on the sides or the heel reinforcement. The logos, meanwhile, make an appearance on the outer side area and on the tongue label. Finally, the rubber midsole adds the final vintage touch to both models, with the navy blue option being more discreet than the second one, which stands out for its more daring character.

The ‘Focused Olive’ colourway will go on sale tomorrow, January 3rd, through the official adidas website, while the ‘Preloved Ink S24’ will arrive on the 15th of the same month.
